Home by Simon — Digital Asset Intelligence
We understand it.
Most luxury real estate firms that claim to be "crypto-friendly" are describing a payment processor. They partner with a conversion service, add a Bitcoin logo to their website, and wait for the phone to ring.
That is accommodation. It is not fluency.
Home by Simon was founded by someone who built in Web3 — not someone who read about it.
The HUMN Story
Before Home by Simon, Simon Court co-founded HUMN Health, a Web3-native platform that is architecting decentralized health infrastructure for over 100 million independent workers. The work was operational: tokenomics design, DAO governance structures, smart contract logic, gamified behavior systems, and the complex intersection of blockchain technology with real-world utility.
This wasn't a side interest. It was years of building at the protocol level.
That experience now lives in every conversation we have with clients whose wealth originated in, or is denominated in, digital assets.
What Fluency Means
When a founder with significant token holdings wants to acquire a multi-million-dollar property, the transaction is not as simple as a wire transfer. There are questions most agents have never considered:
Which assets are liquid? What are the conversion timelines? How does multi-sig wallet architecture affect transaction speed?
What triggers a taxable event? How do vesting schedules, lockup periods, and staking positions affect the acquisition timeline?
How do clients who built in a pseudonymous ecosystem think about identity, ownership structures, and public records?
Which title companies and escrow officers understand crypto-originated funds? Who has done this before — and who is learning on your time?
We have answers to these questions because we have lived inside the systems that generate them.
Beyond the Transaction
Digital asset fluency extends beyond the moment of purchase. For globally mobile families with crypto holdings alongside traditional assets, the complexity compounds:
Multi-entity ownership across jurisdictions. DAO-structured investment vehicles acquiring physical property. Estate planning for assets that exist on a blockchain. The coordination between crypto-native counsel, traditional real estate attorneys, and tax advisors who rarely speak the same language.
This is orchestration work. It is what we do.
The A-DVF Lens
We apply the same framework to digital asset transactions that we apply to everything:
Aspire
What does the client want — and what does their asset structure make possible?
Desirability
Does the property align with how they live, move, and think about ownership?
Viability
Can the transaction be structured in a way that is tax-efficient, legally sound, and operationally smooth?
Feasibility
What is the realistic timeline from intent to close, given the specific assets involved?
